This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your use of the NoteQuote app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. 1. Account. You may need an account to use the App. You are responsible for all activity on your account; keep your password confidential.
2. 2. Content. All content you upload or save in the App belongs to you. NoteQuote retains the right to store and process such content solely to provide the service.
3. 3. Privacy. Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Acknowledging the notice does not consent to optional analytics, marketing, or other optional processing.
4. 4. Prohibited Use. You may not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing purposes. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended without notice.
5. 5. Service Changes. NoteQuote reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App without prior notice.
6. 6. Limitation of Liability. The App is provided "as is". NoteQuote is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
7. 7. Intellectual Property. The design, code, brand name, and visuals of the App belong to NoteQuote. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. 8. Termination. This Agreement automatically terminates when you stop using the App. In such case, data associated with your account will be marked for deletion.
9. 9. Updates. This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email.
10. 10. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
